ETS receive prestigious Avaya Accolade
ETS Communications have been awarded the prestigious Avaya accolade “Partner in Customer Excellence” this accolade is only given to Avaya partners who score 4.4 or above in their customer survey carried out by independent specialists.

To be recognised in this way by Avaya is fantastic news for us but more rewarding is that it is our customers who have provided such positive feedback.

We are very proud to receive this accolade in recognition of our continued focus on customer service. During the challenging economic climate we have continued to invest in service this has been rewarded with a 15% growth in sales mainly coming through referrals and repeat business.

The “Partners in Customer Excellence” differentiates ETS from its competitors and provides us with a fantastic platform to start 2012.
