ETS have been recognised for the 8th year running for providing high quality sales, installation and service by the leading distributor, Crane Telecom.

This achievement pays tribute to hard work carried out by the employees of ETS in attaining the high level of customer satisfaction and has been achieved in a year which has seen many of our competitors suffering due to the economic downturn causing them to reduce staffing levels and compromising on quality. ETS made a decision that if we focused on efficiency and quality, we would prosper in this climate and be in a strong position to capitalise on any recovery.

In the last 12 months, we have grown our service revenue with many new customers choosing ETS in favour of their previous supplier.
