Converged Communications
Over the last 12 months since the introduction of the Avaya IP Office communications platform, we have found many more customers willing to invest in technology that brings together Voice and Data.

Companies such as ITP, Otelo (Office Of The Telecommunications Ombudsman), Broker Assist and MKM Building Supplies have seen the benefits of a telephone system that can bring technologies together.

MKM, for example, have used the routing capability of the IP Office to connect all their sites back to HQ creating an efficient WAN for Data with a standard telephony infrastructure across all branches. This has saved money and minimised down time.

Other customers have integrated all of their messaging services, e.g. fax, VoiceMail and e-mail into a single mail box making it easier to handle multi media messaging. This ensures efficient handling of all communications giving higher degrees of customer service, customer satisfaction levels and customer retention.
