Your telephone system is one of you most vital business tools and even the best systems sometimes fail. We recognise that restoration of service becomes paramount in this situation.
ETS offer a range of maintenance cover options from Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm to full 24 hour cover 7 days a week.
We have a highly skilled and motivated team ready to help, they have the best diagnostics tools and ample spares holdings to ensure we can quickly resolve any problem.
All faults are recorded and automatically issued a ticket that is tracked by our CRM system to ensure SLA's are achieved and feedback is provided.
Cover options available:
Standard Cover
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Bank Holidays.
We use all reasonable endeavours to respond to calls for service within 4 hours for major failure and within 8 working hours for a minor failure and to repair all non-intermittent faults within 16 working hours.
Twenty-four Hour Cover
24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Surgery Cover
Surgery Cover offers extended hours of Monday to Friday 8am-8pm also Saturday 8am-12noon excluding Bank Holidays.
Tailored Contracts (Price on a per contract basis)
Special contract terms and conditions can be negotiated if required and prices will be provided on an application on a per contract basis.
Our minimum term is 12 months, discounts are available for 3 and 5 year options. Alongside the above we offer Registration Cover, which for an annual fee gives your reduced call out charges and a reduction on any replacement parts needed.
We are also happy to cover Avaya/LG equipment not supplied by us, please contact us to arrange an inspection of
your existing kit.
