ETS offer a range of maintenance cover options from Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm to full 24 hour cover 7 days a week.

We have a highly skilled and motivated team ready to help, they have the best diagnostics tools and ample spares holdings for all Avaya and Ericsson LG Telephone Systems to ensure we can quickly resolve any problem.

All faults are recorded and automatically issued a ticket that is tracked by our CRM system to ensure SLA’s are achieved and feedback is provided.

Cover options available:

Security

Standard Cover

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding Bank Holidays.

We use all reasonable endeavours to respond to calls for service within 4 hours for major failure and within 8 working hours for a minor failure and to repair all minor faults within 16 working hours.

24 Hour

24 Hour Cover

24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

We use all reasonable endeavours to respond to calls for service within 4 hours for major failure and within 8 working hours for a minor failure and to repair all minor faults within 16 working hours.

Surgery Cover

Surgery Cover

Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm excluding Bank Holidays. (Saturday 8am to 12pm)

We use all reasonable endeavours to respond to calls for service within 4 hours for major failure and within 8 working hours for a minor failure and to repair all minor faults within 16 working hours.
